PRRP installment 3: Pho Cafe

The PRRP continues with Pho Cafe, where we ate some delicious Vietnamese egg rolls; G had a big bowl of pho with steak, tendon, and tripe; and I had a rice noodle bowl with combo grilled meats. Good food, nice staff, reasonable prices.

About the project

I'm Connie, and I have lived in Lafayette, CO, since 1989 and seen many restaurants come and go. In 2017-2018, realizing that our experience of the local restaurant scene had narrowed to two or three favorite places, I and my husband set out to try every restaurant on Public Road (21 restaurants at the time). In 2019-2020, we decided to visit every other restaurant in town, excluding fast food and large national chains. By 2022, a bunch of new places had opened, so we started the LRP Redux. All reports are archived here, even for places that have closed ("CLOSED" is added to the post title in these cases).

The restaurant reports are not necessarily reviews, as I hesitate to post anything negative. At worst, we have been lukewarm about a couple of places. Mostly, we have found them worth revisiting.
